HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Every piece is made to order. Production usually takes a few business days before your order ships. Delivery time depends on your location. Tracking information will be sent once your order is on the way.
IS SHIPPING FREE?
Yes. We currently offer FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS.
HOW DO THE TEES FIT?
Check the size guide on the product page before ordering. If you want an oversized look, size up. Measurements are the best way to choose your size rather than relying only on your usual size.
HOW ARE THE TEES PRINTED?
Our graphic tees are printed to order using DTG (direct-to-garment) printing. Because each piece is individually produced, very slight variations can occur.
HOW SHOULD I WASH MY TEE?
Wash inside out with cold water and similar colors. Use a gentle cycle and avoid bleach. For the longest print life, air dry or tumble dry on low. Do not iron directly over the graphic.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or changing your mind, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR THE WRONG ITEM WAS SENT. WHAT DO I DO?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Contact us as quickly as possible. Because orders can enter production shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started. Any applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information. If tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, contact us with your order number.
DO YOU RESTOCK DESIGNS?
Some designs stay, some disappear. New drops and updates are added regularly. Join the email list if you want to know about new releases and restocks.
